Aditya founded the firm's disputes practice and leads its commercial litigation team. He appears regularly before the Gujarat High Court and the Supreme Court of India in contractual, shareholder and injunction matters.
He has argued matters concerning specific performance, oppression and mismanagement, and the enforcement of security, and advises boards on litigation strategy before proceedings are commenced.
He was admitted to the Bar in 2001 and has been a partner of the firm since its founding.
