Vikram leads the firm's arbitration practice and its contract advisory team. He acts as counsel in institutional and ad hoc arbitrations and has appeared in challenge and enforcement proceedings before the High Courts.
He advises on the drafting of dispute resolution clauses, taking the view that most arbitrations are won or lost when the clause is written rather than when the dispute arises.
He was admitted to the Bar in 1998 and is enrolled as a Solicitor.
